Aside from your classmates, what was the key part of Kenan-Flagler’s MBA curriculum or programming that led you to choose this business school and why was it so important to you? What really drew me to UNC Kenan-Flagler was the depth of its Entrepreneurship concentration. The program supports students whether they’re starting from scratch, acquiring a business or taking on a creative role within a larger company. Beyond classroom learning, it offers mentorship, hands-on opportunities, and an environment where ideas can grow into reality. I’m also excited about UNC’s broader entrepreneurial ecosystem, which makes it easy to connect with peers who share similar ambitions.

What are some advantages you’ve seen in earning your MBA in Chapel Hill? One advantage of earning my MBA in Chapel Hill is the welcoming, close-knit community. Combined with the Research Triangle’s access to career opportunities and industry connections, it really offers the best of both worlds: a supportive environment with the resources of a major business hub nearby.

What course, club or activity excites you the most at Kenan-Flagler? At UNC Kenan‑Flagler, I look forward to joining Carolina Women in Business to connect with peers, develop leadership skills and learn from mentors while supporting women across industries. I’m also interested in the Student Managed Funds program as a way to build practical experience in market analysis, risk‑return evaluation and investment strategy

Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far: My career highlight has been balancing my career in golf brand consulting at Creative Artists Agency and as a professional golfer playing a limited schedule. Competing while contributing to award‑winning marketing campaigns has allowed me to have an impact the sport on and off the course, elevating the visibility of both men’s and women’s golf.

Describe the best memory of your life so far? Why does that moment resonate with you? One of the best memories of my life so far is volunteering with the Hillsborough County Adaptive Sports program in Tampa, Florida, and coaching a young golfer named Joey. Towards the end of the program, he asked to take a photo with me for his memories and asked me to sign it. He came back to the final session and gave me a copy, which I asked him to sign as well. That moment stuck with me because it showed how much impact small acts of encouragement can have. It made me realize my passion for using golf to create opportunities and build confidence for others.

What do you hope to do after graduation (at this point)? After graduation, I aim to combine my experience in competitive golf and sports marketing to drive positive change within the golf industry. I want to build sustainable business models that promote inclusivity, support athletes and help the sport grow in new and meaningful ways.
