The new Technology Innovation and Product Management concentration caught my attention because we’re living in an ever-changing environment shaped by AI and digital transformation. I wanted a program that not only recognizes this shift but also equips future leaders to thrive in it. What are some advantages you’ve seen in earning your MBA in Chapel Hill? The tight-knit, collaborative community makes it easy to build strong, lasting relationships. Also, with our new building, Steven D. Bell Hall, on the horizon, it’s another sign that UNC Kenan-Flagler is investing heavily in its students and adapting to changing times. It’s exciting to be part of a school that’s expanding its campus to match its ambition and prepare us for the future. What course, club or activity excites you the most at Kenan-Flagler? The Tech Club. With my background in digital transformation, I can’t wait to swap ideas with other tech-minded classmates, work on innovative projects, and geek out over new tools shaping the future of business. Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far: Supporting the digital transformation in the legal division at Banco de Crédito del Perú. I worked closely with the division to understand their needs, redesigned core processes, and paved the way for developing a new platform that ultimately improved efficiency, reduced risk, and enhanced the experience for both the legal team and users. Describe the best memory of your life so far. Why does that moment resonate with you? Proposing to my wife. After six years together, I proposed at a gorgeous vineyard in North Carolina. I was a little nervous, but everything turned out perfectly. It was a beautiful start to an even more wonderful chapter in our lives. What do you hope to do after graduation (at this point)? Pursue a product management role in tech, leading solutions that make businesses run smarter and deliver better customer experiences.
