I’m impressed that you are starting to look for feedback so far in advance of applying. In terms of work experience, I think you are likely in a good place. You would be well served to retake your GRE to get above 320.
Beyond playing soccer, how are you engaged in your community? Ross values those who will contribute to their community and likes to see applicants who have previously engaged in their communities. Now might be a good time for you to step up in this area.
