Congratulations on that jumbo GMAT. A 760 will get you a lot of attention, very quickly. Twin that with a computer science degree from UT-Austin and you’ve got a solid academic background. Are you comfortable in your own skin and comfortable meeting and getting to know other people? Do you have a natural curiosity about others? Are you willing to contribute significantly to the betterment of a community? If you answer yes to these questions, Kellogg is a good fit for you, and Kellogg will love you. If you can’t say yes, your odds of acceptance at the school will diminish greatly because Kellogg is one of a handful of the most collaborative, team-based, friendly MBA programs in the world. Sure, everyone says that. Kellogg means it and has lived it for decades when other schools thought teamwork was cheating. Seriously. So if you are all-in, you are definitely Kellogg material. My bet is, you are.
