Hi, it’s Nisha from mbaMission. Thanks for writing! While your academic stats are within range for Georgetown and your career goals show passion, applicants to that program and other top U.S. programs have on average 4-6 years of work experience, so I would wait until next year to apply. In the meantime, I’d focus on increasing your impact and responsibility at work and building relationships with potential recommenders.

The digital study program sounds fascinating – is that something you’re involved in now? If so, keep up the good work – if not, do resume your community involvement in an area that is meaningful to you. But assuming you are applying now, I’d like to see some specific examples of work success – you talk about an impressive array of skills, how have you employed those to the benefit of clients and/or your …

Since you don’t have a long tenure, I suggest you really focus on impact. Good luck!
