Mr. Ministry Expert

Harvin is a Ministry Expert for the Strategic Planning Bureau at Kementerian Sosial RI, where he contributes to the development and implementation of strategic plans and policies for social welfare and empowerment. He is also a Deputy Secretary General at OIC Youth Indonesia, where he leads and coordinates various youth initiatives and programs in collaboration with the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and other stakeholders.

With a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) and a non-degree program in International Relations and Affairs from Universitas Al-Azhar Indonesia Jakarta, Harvin has a diverse and interdisciplinary background that enables him to apply his analytical, creative, and communication skills to various domains and challenges. He has demonstrated his interest and aptitude in investment, diplomacy, and negotiation by participating and excelling in several international events and forums, such as the Asian Games, the Indonesian Model OIC, the International Leader Model UN, and the Volunteer Forum Russia. He has received multiple awards and honors for his outstanding performance and leadership, such as the Youth Excellence Medal from Qatar and the Most Outstanding Delegate in Model UN. In his spare time, he enjoys volunteering and teaching. Harvin is motivated by his passion for learning, innovating, and collaborating with diverse and talented people to create a positive social impact.
