Your background in engineering at a top state school with a strong GPA of 3.6 and an even stronger GMAT score of 740 (well above the class average at INSEAD) is a really good start to your story. More importantly, though, you are from the U.S. (INSEAD loves Americans) and you have a career in the Valley that would allow you to make a valuable contribution in INSEAD classes.
