Did a PGDM in India to break into consulting, this would technically be my 2nd MBA. I want to pursue my 2nd MBA to change location, broaden my perspective through an international class, and build skill in ESG and the sustainability field.

Promoted within 1 year, instead of the usual 2-year cycle at work. My work leads to an increase in income for tribal farmers by over 50% within 2 years which made a huge impact on their lives. (Still many of them are below the poverty line). – I’m incredibly proud of how I turned my life around from my undergrad (with a low GPA) to working at a top consulting firm.
Want to move to MBB in the US, and develop skills in ESG and Sustainability. Long term, I want to leverage my NGO experience and set up an Advisory firm focused on sustainability in rural India.
