I’m looking to move into more senior leadership roles and feel like my current progression is limited at my current company. I also had two kids back to back, so I’ve been on mat leave since April 2019 and would like to have something to show for having taken ~2 years “off”.

You have about 10 years of work experience, which is typically the threshold where MBA programs look at you more as an Executive MBA candidate. I don’t know if you’ve considered any of those programs, but you could explore Stanford MsX, Sloan Fellows and Wharton’s Executive MBA program.
