I’m looking to move into more senior leadership roles and feel like my current progression is limited at my current company. I also had two kids back to back, so I’ve been on mat leave since April 2019 and would like to have something to show for having taken ~2 years “off”.

Hi, it’s Jennifer Jackson from Stratus Admissions. You’ve got a lot of great experience and very strong stats. (And two kids in less than two years is nothing to sneeze at either!) My concern with your profile is the amount of years you’ve been out of undergrad at age 34. You could also look into Kellogg’s one-year program or Cornell’s since you have undergrad business classes, but you would be above the average age for those as well although they may have more flexibility. Wishing you lots of luck!
