    There are some hints in this spare profile that make me hopeful you can get over the HBS hurdle. But it’s rather vague so I am uncertain that you will get an admit from Harvard. Your 3.4 from a “Mexican top school” is below the class average at HBS and I don’t believe you come from a feeder college. Your 730 GMAT score is exactly the median at HBS and that is very good, particularly for a URM candidate. And when you say you are already are an analyst a top consulting firm, I am going to assume it is not MBB but Deloitte, Accenture, AT Keaney or some other top firm which would make your employer silver rather than gold.
