The Walton College of Business MBA is designed to teach MBAs business expertise and help them develop transferable decision-making skills that will guide them regardless of which industry they go into.

The full-time MBA program spans 22 months, with a total of 51 credit hours, offering a balance of core business fundamentals, professional development, internship and career support, along with the option for customization. The MBA offers tracks in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Retail Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Financial Management, and Data Analytics, which are separate from concentrations. Concentrations can also be created on top of these specific tracks.

Outside of curriculum, Walton MBAs will have the opportunity to hear from guest speakers from some of the biggest companies in the world and take workshops to improve their skills. The MBA offers assistantships, where in exchange for 20 hours of work a week, the B-School will cover a students’ tuition entirely, and they will receive a stipend.

Part of the experience is gaining real world experience through internships and mentorships in Northwest Arkansas’ thriving business community.
