Scott DeRue is an award-winning scholar, writer, and teacher in the areas of leadership and team development. On the faculty at the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business, he conducts research and consults with organizations around the world to discover more effective ways of developing leadership talent and building effective leadership teams. This 33-year-old professor believes, “the fate of humanity is in the hands of the few who choose to lead.
