Description: Blank’s goal is to provide students with the tools and steps needed “to build a successful startup (or at least reduce the risk of failure).” Over eight sessions, students will be immersed in Blank’s customer development process, where students gather data and feedback, test a market opportunity, develop a value proposition, construct ideal customer profiles, identify channels and revenue models, and manage development activity, resources, and costs.
