The FMP is an intensive two-year entry-level program spanning four rotational assignments and coursework in different business across GE. Looking back on your experience, what advice would you give to future business school applicants? Picture your true self in your application essays and resume. Schools really want to get to know you, not your advisors or applications consultant. Plus, they can really tell if you are authentic. What led you to choose this program for your full-time MBA? I wanted a small class size where I could get to know all my classmates over the next two years. Also, I wanted to gain an entrepreneurship mindset, which is useful for people creating their own company or even working for large companies looking for change and innovation. Tell us about your dream job or dream employer at this point in your life? I envision working in a place where I can contribute to the improvement of people’s life quality and of the environment.
