Average Percent of Students Joining a Startup (2.5%)

Not everyone wants to launch a company. Others want to join an early-stage startup, which we also believe takes an entrepreneurial mindset. One of our new data points used this year was the average percentage of students joining an early-stage startup (ten years or younger) within three months of graduation in the Classes of 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. ESADE had the highest average percentage of MBAs joining startups at 21.8%.
