Aside from your classmates, what was the key programming that led you to choose this business school and why was it so important to you? I found the CEIBS Mentoring Program very attractive because it provides students with valuable advice beyond the classroom in order to help them grow and develop, and it enables students to know China from a China-hand mentor and equip themselves with deep dive expertise from executives. The mentors also help students with their career experience and life inspiration, which is very beneficial for students’ personal learning, growth and development both in the short run and long run.

What course, club or activity excites you the most? As the President of Social Impact & Responsibility Club, I really hope to raise social impact awareness across CEIBS by energizing more campus initiatives and echoing the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. I noticed that a lot of CEIBS students really hope to be environmentally friendly and take some sustainable moves forward, but still wonder how to achieve that in their daily lives, and how could they do something easy to make a big difference collectively. Therefore, our club will be dedicated to educating, involving and influencing CEIBS students, alumni and beyond to further acquire the positive social impact awareness and work together for the shared prosperity of people and planet.

Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far:

What is one thing you have recently read, watched, or listened to that you would highly recommend to prospective MBAs? Why? I highly recommend prospective MBAs to regularly read the CEIBS Research Page because it facilitates transferring knowledge, information, expertise, experience and good practice between China and the world through high-quality research as well as providing policy-relevant solutions.

What advice would you give to help potential applicants gain admission into CEIBS’s MBA program? First, I advise potential applicants to equip themselves with comprehensive knowledge about the CEIBS MBA program. CEIBS is a world-class business school that educates responsible leaders with input that offers the China Depth and Global Breadth. No matter how the world is changing, CEIBS is purposeful in advancing knowledge and educating students to be responsible global citizens and leaders who are able to apply knowledge for the benefit of societal development.

Secondly, I advise potential applicants to focus more on CEIBS’ efforts and contributions in ESG and responsible investment, and get inspired to shoulder more social responsibility and find ways to help others, and collectively to make a more sustainable and positive impact with other CEIBS students and alumni.
