Aside from your classmates, what was the key part of IIM Bangalore’s MBA programming that led you to choose this business school and why was it so important to you? IIM Bangalore offers various international exchange programs and collaborations with renowned global business schools, providing various opportunities to gain international exposure and perspective. One noteworthy opportunity is its exclusive membership in the Global Advanced Network for Management (GNAM), a network consisting of 32 prestigious institutions from around the world, where IIMB is the only Indian management school represented.

What has been your favorite course or extracurricular activity at IIM Bangalore? What has been the most important lesson that you have learned from it? Product Strategy and Management – The World cannot be understood without data. The world cannot be understood with data alone!

What makes Bengaluru such as great place to earn your MBA? Bengaluru being the Silicon Valley of India, the school has strong ties with the corporate world and actively promotes industry interactions. This provides students like us with abundant opportunities for live projects, seminars and placement opportunities with leading companies.

Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far? Helped in the launch of a COVID treatment drug which positively impacted over 10 million lives during the COVID wave in early 2022.

Describe your biggest accomplishment as an MBA student so far? Building a strong professional network which includes my batchmates from diverse backgrounds and influential connections I’ve met within the business community or alumni networks.

What is your class’s favorite hangout away from school? Why do you gather there? We, as a class, have a tradition of celebrating birthdays together at 12 in the night in Q square (hostel’s common area). This is a great time to connect and meet everyone, especially in the elective terms.

What do you hope to do after graduation? I want to lead product development initiatives in Healthcare industry in India

What advice would you give to help potential applicants gain admission into IIM Bangalore? START EARLY – Give your GMATs well in advance so that you have enough time to work on your profile and SOPs before the admission deadlines.
