What has been your favorite part of Houston so far? Why? Houston offers a perfect blend of vibrant city life and serene escapes. The Museum District stands as a hub of inspiration with its diverse range of museums, each a treasure trove of knowledge and creativity. Among these cultural gems, the Museum of Fine Arts, Space Center Houston, and the Museum of Natural Science are my go-to spots, where every visit enriches my perspective in unique ways. Equally enchanting are the evening walks along the Bayou, offering a sharp contrast to the city’s hustle. The serene pathway, free from traffic, serves as a tranquil haven. The quietude of the Bayou, and the soothing flow of water provide a space for contemplation and introspection. These walks have become my refuge, a source of inspiration and clarity amid the vibrant cityscape.

Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far: I was educated by the Catholic organization, Order of the Discalced Carmelites Mission, dedicated to the upliftment of underprivileged children. They instilled in me the values of education and service, igniting a passion for societal betterment. One of the most profound moments in my career was that after completing my undergraduate degree, I made a deliberate choice to return to this organization. This decision stemmed from a deep-rooted desire to contribute to their noble cause of providing education and essential support to hundreds of children deprived of basic needs. It was a humbling experience to transition from being a beneficiary of their educational programs to becoming an active contributor to their mission of societal upbuilding.

Describe your biggest accomplishment as an MBA student so far? I am quietly confident that the achievement I have made during my MBA journey is not solely mine, but shared by each of my classmates. Transitioning from struggles with time management to effectively balancing multiple responsibilities became a collective victory for us all. Navigating through multiple assignments, case studies, academic commitments, networking events, and recruitment demands during my MBA journey so far taught me an invaluable lesson.

I learned to discern between ‘need to do’ and ‘want to do’ tasks; prioritizing effectively became my strength. It was a transformational shift from juggling responsibilities to strategically managing my time. This new-found skill not only improved my academic performance, but also enhanced my ability to excel in various facets of my MBA experience. Learning to allocate time efficiently has become a cornerstone of my success, ensuring I give the utmost dedication to crucial tasks while making the most of every opportunity.

What has been your best memory as an MBA so far? My most cherished memory from my MBA experience thus far has been the inaugural session on “Competitive and Industry Analysis.” It was a profound moment sharing the classroom with an array of brilliant minds, each bringing unique backgrounds and diverse experiences to the table. Guided by the exceptional Professor Balaji Koka, the sessions were an enlightening journey through intricate analyses. What struck me the most was witnessing how my classmates, through their varied perspectives, shaped and enriched our collective understanding of the subject matter.
