It was important to me because it bridges the gap between theory and practice, providing invaluable experience that will enhance my ability to lead and innovate in complex business environments. What course, club or activity have you enjoyed the most at Alliance Manchester? Leading the Energy and Industry Club and participating in my consultancy project group meetings have been the activities I’ve enjoyed the most during the MBA. Through the club, I’ve had the opportunity to learn about my peers’ goals and visions for their professional futures, which has been incredibly fulfilling. As for the consultancy project meetings, listening to diverse opinions and viewpoints and reaching a consensus has been very rewarding, especially given the great atmosphere and harmony within the group. Alliance Manchester is known for its hands-on consultancy projects. Tell us a little bit about a project you worked on? What did you learn that will make you a better professional? Working with people from different nationalities and diverse backgrounds was both challenging and rewarding. Collaborating with a client who had extensive knowledge about their problem made it even more demanding, as the quality of the work needed to exceed excellence. I learned a great deal about structuring a project and defining its scope with a consultant’s perspective, as well as negotiating and reaching agreements with individuals from various cultures and nationalities. Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far: My greatest career achievement so far has been successfully managing a multimillion-dollar construction project in the mining sector under tight deadlines and challenging conditions. Starting from a junior position, I quickly advanced to a managerial role, showcasing my ability to adapt, learn, and lead effectively. As a project manager, I not only ensured proper planning, efficient resource allocation, and strong teamwork but also resolved highly complex negotiations with senior officials from government entities. Delivering the project on time and exceeding client expectations demonstrated my leadership, problem-solving skills, and capacity to thrive under pressure while achieving impactful results.
