Undergraduate School and Major: Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani (BITS Pilani); Major: Mechanical Engineering Most Recent Employer and Job Title: Accenture Strategy (Management Consulting Associate) Aside from your classmates, what was the key part of the Indian School of Business’ PGP programming that led you to choose this school, and why was it so important to you? The flexibility of ISB’s curriculum and its ability to let me design my own learning path stood out to me. Combined with the diverse peer group and strong alumni network, it felt like the best platform to sharpen my leadership skills while exploring new dimensions of strategy and operations. What has been your favorite course or extracurricular activity at the Indian School of Business? What has been the most important lesson that you have learned from it? My favorite extracurricular has been building the Chess Special Interest Group (SIG) at ISB. It taught me that creating impact is not always about scale; even small initiatives can bring people together, build community, and leave a lasting impression. What makes Hyderabad/Mohali such a great place to earn your PGP? Both campuses are vibrant microcosms of cultures, industries, and ambitions. The mix of academic intensity and social life, combined with modern infrastructure, makes it a truly immersive experience. Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far: Single-handedly managing and delivering a large-scale supply chain transformation project at Accenture, which led to multiple contract extensions and earned me the Champions of the Quarter award twice for client value creation. Describe your biggest accomplishment as a PGP student so far: Being elected as an Events Coordinator for the Student Life Council and successfully organising flagship events like Bollywood Night and AIKYA. Balancing fun with responsibility has been both challenging and rewarding. What is your class’s favorite hangout away from school? Why do you gather there? Our class loves spending evenings at nearby cafés and pubs where conversations flow from business cases to weekend plans — a reminder that ISB is as much about people as it is about academics. What do you hope to do after graduation? Post-ISB, I aspire to pivot to Operations and Strategy roles, scaling my impact by working on complex business challenges. In the long term, I aim to explore entrepreneurship, building ventures at the crossroads of strategy, technology, and human-centred problem-solving. © Copyright 2026 Poets & Quants.
