What makes Los Angeles such a great place to earn an MBA? Los Angeles is the grandest city in the American West, and USC built Los Angeles.

Aside from your classmates and location, what was the key part of USC Marshall’s MBA programming that led you to choose this business school and why was it so important to you? As a fairly non-traditional candidate, the chance to hit the ground running with programs such as Jumpstart and Launchpad was incredibly compelling. The strong history of USC in the entertainment industry was another plus.

What course, club or activity excites you the most at USC Marshall? A dual shout-out to the Business of Entertainment Association and the Marshall Interactive Gaming Association. Marshall having two very big tents that cater to every one of my career interests aligns wonderfully with goals while at USC.

Looking at your recruitment, what was the moment when you realized that USC Marshall was the right program for you? Why? I went straight to Heritage Hall after my interview. I spent the better part of an hour there, and realized that this place is just as committed to telling the next great story as I am.

Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far: Having a desk in the West Wing for 926 days…somehow.

What is your long-term career goal? Whether in gaming, sports, or traditional entertainment, I want to help forge winning creative visions and strategies for the greatest organizations in the world. What’s more, I get to do it in the greatest storytelling city on Earth, with a rich history and brighter future. As USC’s football program likes to say, this is “the pLAce to be.” FIGHT ON!
