The case method captures the real challenges managers face by requiring tough decisions with limited information and balancing competing priorities. This immersive approach sharpens the judgment, resilience, and teamwork skills essential to becoming a great leader. Aside from cases and classmates, what was the key part of Virginia Darden’s MBA programming that led you to choose this business school and why was it so important to you? One key factor that drew me to Darden was the incredible staff. From my very first interaction, I felt seen, supported, and genuinely valued. Their warmth, responsiveness, and dedication to student success made it clear that Darden is more than a top academic institution—it is a community that truly invests in its people. That sense of care and connection was incredibly important to me. What course, club, or activity excites you the most at Virginia Darden? I’m excited about the Darden Outdoors Club. I look forward to building lifelong friendships with my fellow classmates outside the classroom while enjoying the beautiful hikes and trails around Charlottesville. What are your early impressions of Charlottesville? Charlottesville is so charming and welcoming. I can’t wait to explore all it has to offer! Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far: My biggest accomplishment is getting into Darden! After 15 years of dancing professionally, I’m excited to take my first leap into the business world. What is your unique quality that will enable you to make a big contribution to the Class of 2027? I’m a team player who works hard and plays harder. I genuinely care about those around me and believe that when we support each other, we all do better!
