An MBA graduate of the Haas School at University of California at Berkeley, with concentrations in entrepreneurship, marketing and organizational behavior, Reza is a trusted advisor to business professionals worldwide. His prior background includes management consulting at McKinsey & Company focused on financial performance and organizational effectiveness for clients in banking, construction and other industries. Other past affiliations include Silicon Valley Bank, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. He also has extensive background in advising non-profit foundations, NGOs and social entrepreneurs. Having lived in the US, Latin America and Europe, Reza is fluent in Portuguese and Farsi, and conversant in Spanish. He earned a bachelor of science degree in commerce at the University of Virginia with emphasis in finance and MIS.
