Prior to joining The MBA Exchange, Yhana served Northwestern University as Associate Director of the MMM dual-degree Program at the McCormick School of Engineering and as Associate Director of MBA Admissions at the Kellogg School of Management. She evaluated a wide range of applications and assessed candidates from around the world. Previously, Yhana was Regional Director for the Office of Admissions at the University of Pennsylvania. She began her career at Delta Airlines. Yhana earned a master of science degree in higher education management from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor of arts degree in Spanish from Agnes Scott College. Active in community service and volunteerism, she is fluent in Spanish.
