My most significant career accomplishment has been working on a cross-functional team to introduce Capital One’s newest Buy Now Pay Later product, Flex Pay. Flex Pay allows customers to split purchases into smaller payments to help reduce debt for subprime customers.
My short-term career goal is to join McKinsey, Bain, or BCG as a generalist consultant. My long-term vision is to launch a boutique consulting practice, which will support fintechs, with the goal of helping to increase financial inclusion. The goal will be to help underbanked citizens find efficient ways to accumulate, hold, and transfer wealth.
