Hi, it’s Jennifer Jackson from Stratus Admissions. I’m impressed by your accomplishments in the Navy, and MBA programs tend to like applicants with military experience because they often have strong teamwork and leadership skills. Your GPA in college is impressive as well, but the GMAT is on the softer side, especially for CBS, which is relatively GMAT-focused. I think with a finance degree and some accounting experience at your internship, IB can make sense after the MBA. Be sure to explain clearly what skills the MBA will get you that you need in order to excel in your chosen career path. I think Foster is likely a target school for you, and it’s a great program. Perhaps also consider NYU Stern if you want to be in New York, as it’s not as test-centered and has strong finance resources and connections in the city. Wishing you the best of luck!
