Hi, it’s Jennifer Jackson from Stratus Admissions. It’s tough to evaluate you here without a GMAT, and it’s even more important since you have a fairly low GPA (assuming the scale is the same as in the US). So I would spend a considerable amount of time working to get that score as high as possible to try to mitigate other weaknesses. You’ve also been out of school a while so I’d recommend looking at potentially PT programs, or at least a mix of the two. You’re just a couple years over the average at INSEAD but most of the US programs have a lower average age and some are more open than others to folks with more work experience. I like seeing the …

I like seeing the board of directors work at a nonprofit. When you write your essays, be sure to explain why you want to take the path you do and why an MBA now is necessary to reach those goals.
