Hi Mr. Tech Auditor, this is Kate Richardson, Senior Admissions Consultant. While audit is not typically the “hottest” pre MBA field, I think your focus on data science and work at a top bank should be seen as more marketable. Seems like your post MBA goals are a natural outgrowth of your work too. You also have an excellent GRE score. I think the challenges for you could be your GPA that is below Kellogg’s average (though the GRE helps a lot here), and your work experience / leadership experience being on the lower side. Try to show examples of leadership (both hard & soft skills) in your resume bullets and work stories you share in essays. Good luck!
