I see you’ve already received some results from target schools, and may be reapplying in the coming cycle. You definitely are aware of the fact that you are a member of an oversaturated population within the applicant pool. Unfortunately, with a 710 GMAT it is going to be hard for you to rise to the top of the applicant pool even with your fast career progression. Manipal and BITS aren’t bad by any means, and your GPA is excellent, but you are likely competing with graduates from IITs with 750+ GMATs who may already be working at the types …

You definitely are aware of the fact that you are a member of an oversaturated population within the applicant pool. It is easy for the admissions committee to use GMAT as a filtering tool to narrow the pool down, leaving them to miss out on candidates like yourself. A few things to consider if you find yourself applying again this coming fall: you might consider attempting the GMAT again to bring up your score, or expanding your school list beyond the M7. You are obviously a strong candidate with a lot to offer, so making sure your essays showcase that will also be important to help you stand out.
