I think your academic track record is solid – your outstanding GMAT score should offset your GPA. Your work track record also looks good, although I’m curious about your long tenure as Senior Consultant – if you can’t show promotions, can you show that you’re still taking on increasing responsibilities (eg. larger projects, managing junior staff, etc)? Or recognition / awards? AdCom wants to see that you’re a rising star and leader at work. Another area to demonstrate leadership abilities is through community work or extracurricular activities. Wow on your stats – I am guessing you converted your GPA to a US scale, which you will not need to do for admissions teams.They know the Indian grading scale well. I like for you that you have both Indian and US based work experience and it would be interesting to know whether that has impacted your longevity in your senior consultant job title.
