    Your work profile seems impressive both in terms of working with the Govt. (Niti Aayog or some CM’s office?) and at McKinsey. While I don’t the specifics of your experience a tenure of 2 years and 3-4 months on applying is borderline. You could apply in R2 or wait and apply in R1 with more experience.

    Stephens is great. The GPA is fine but the GRE score 304 needs to be pushed up to about 325-330 to have a good chance at the M7. Some of the other schools (HEC, LBS, Georgetown) you mention may be possible at a lower score.

    I have no information on your extra curriculars during college and during work but they need to be above average as well.
