Tbh, no big wins or highlights. Part of the employment cell in my Masters college (in Economics again). Had a successful stint securing campus jobs for 90% peers. Professionally, I got the highest employee rating twice in 4 years in my consultancy stint. Early promotion in one year – quantitative to senior quantitative (within 7 months).
Pivot to a role that is close to social impact consulting (2-3 yrs). Then converge/specialize towards food sustainability. I currently work in a quantitative field (predictive modeling for credit risk). On the side, I am building resume by self-engaging and learning on sustainability and climate risk tasks within banking system.
