The LeBow MBA: What You Need To Know

To meet the changing needs in business and industry, Drexel LeBow’s AACSB-accredited accelerated Full-Time MBA program offers a redesigned curriculum to best prepare students for the flux of the global business world. An MBA from LeBow allows students to learn through real-world experience and take a deep dive into current topics.

Drexel University is in one of the most vibrant and historic cities: Philadelphia. As one of only two UNESCO World Heritage Cities in the U.S., Philadelphia is everything you’d expect from a major city — and it’s all right next to Drexel LeBow.

The University was founded in 1891 as the Drexel Institute of Art, Science and Industry by Philadelphia financier and philanthropist Anthony J. Drexel. The institution’s original mission was to provide educational opportunities in the “practical arts and sciences” for women and men of all backgrounds and the needs of a rapidly growing industrial society — core values that continue to guide the University in its modern era.

The program sharpens business knowledge, explores emerging business topics, and enhances leadership while meeting the unique needs of today’s students — all while they learn to think strategically from leading faculty and industry experts. Students can complete the program in 12, 15 or 18 months.

Growth doesn’t stop inside the classroom for LeBow MBAs. Co-curricular and experiential learning opportunities, such as graduate fellowships, internships, an analytics datathon, corporate consulting projects, case competitions, immersive residencies, and a marketing crisis challenge help students grow beyond the traditional classroom environment.

LeBow also offers a various number of concentrations, such as business analytics, corporate sustainability and social impact, effective leadership, finance, marketing, strategic technology and innovation management, and supply chain management and logistics —to name a few. Several dual degrees are also available to full-time MBA students in areas such as television management and biomedicine.

Post-graduate results are strong, with 92 percent of MBAs employed within 12 months of graduation. Drexel has a large alumni network of over 180,000, who remain connected and ready to support their fellow Drexel Dragons.
