Imperial Business School’s Full-Time MBA is a 12-month program that enables students to gain international business skills, customise their learning experience, and accelerate their responsible leadership aptitude. It is an ideal option for students looking to get a truly global experience in an appealing location. True to the international tradition of London and the UK, the class of 2025 welcomed 76 students from 26 nationalities. The class has work experience from a wide range of sectors including banking/finance, IT/technology, consulting, consumer goods, public sector and media/entertainment among others.

The program seamlessly blends essential business and management knowledge with the latest technological insights. Besides our core modules, students can personalise their MBA and deep dive into a specialist area with a range of flexcore modules, electives and optional concentrations around analytics, finance, entrepreneurship, digital transformation or social impact.

Leadership is an essential part of the Imperial MBA, with several components running throughout the year. Students learn how their awareness of ethical, societal, and diversity issues, and their own leadership style, play a role in every decision they make.

The Imperial MBA also offers students many opportunities to integrate and synthesise the theory they’ve learned in the classroom with insights from their experience and apply it all in real-world settings. With the Imperial Innovation Challenge, students work with Imperial scientists to generate business solutions to complex international issues. In the summer term, Global Experience Week is an unforgettable opportunity to travel with their cohort to one of three destinations and learn about the challenges local organisations face, and how their operations are impacted by their country’s business environment.

The Full-Time MBA also offers an optional extended term allowing students to extend their programme duration to 16 months and commit to a longer work placement or global exchange. In turn, you’ll gain deeper work experience, global experience and earn additional credits.

Imperial Business School requires that prospective students have a minimum of three years continuous full-time work experience, an undergraduate degree from a recognised university, and valid GMAT/GRE scores.

Its London location in South Kensington places it squarely at a major Western economic epicenter, in one of London’s most attractive and culturally vibrant areas. “South Ken” is home to London’s most prestigious and free museums such as the Science Museum, the Natural History Museum, and the Victoria & Albert. The area also offers Michelin-starred restaurants, galleries, and two royal parks. The campus sits just a short walk from the historic Royal Albert Hall, where the MBA experience comes to a close with an unforgettable graduation ceremony.

The Business School’s prestigious alumni network spans 140 countries. Only 10% of the faculty is from the UK and the school boasts a very active Global Initiatives program.
