The University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business offers an MBA that teaches students critical business skills through their four signature challenges – the Entrepreneurship Challenge, the Social Challenge, the Corporate Challenge, and Global Challenge, which all incorporate working with local and global partners.

The B-school is located in Denver, Colorado – a great city for outdoor enthusiasts, close to the Rocky Mountains with a diverse and thriving technology, energy, healthcare, and finance industries.

The MBA spans 21 months and runs on the quarter system, with small class sizes. They offer concentrations in Accounting, Business Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate & the Built Environment, Sustainability, and an option to customize a concentration.

Every MBA has access to one-on-one and team coaching throughout the program to help support them. Denver MBAs can partake in a trip abroad to work with an international organization, included in their tuition. Scholarships are available, including a 50% scholarship for Colorado residents. Also, more than 80% of their students receive scholarships.

“The big breakthrough is the elevation and intensification of leadership and professional development. You have an entire program built around assessment and constant improvement. This produces a sharper sense of self-awareness, so students develop emotional intelligence and a capacity to learn and grow. Those are the hardest things to find in hiring, and it’s not only me saying that but the vast majority of top employers,” says MBA Nicole Snyder.
