About the Program

The W. P. Carey Master of Science in Management (MiM) program is designed for non-business graduates with less than two years of work experience. Students gain a business foundation which prepares them to add value and lead in all types of business environments. The program includes seven core business courses, leadership courses, and a capstone consulting project that bridges the gap between academic learning and real-world business application.

Program Format and Schedule

The MiM program is nine months, with classes full-time, on campus during the day.

• Leadership courses develop students’ understanding of strategic vision, instituting change, information systems, and the role and importance of sustainability
