This degree program develops health sector-specific leadership expertise needed for the next generation of leaders in the fastest-growing industry in the United States economy.
This is part time program is ideal for mid-level health sector managers, physician and nurse managers, consultants needing healthcare-specific industry knowledge, and other healthcare professionals seeking to grow into leadership roles. It’s not an MBA: it’s the health sector-specific leadership expertise employers told us they’re looking for in the next generation of leaders.

There are eight key areas of business competency training, including: implementation management, business reasoning, financial acuity, opportunity realization, influential communication, ethical management, cross-cultural effectiveness and team leadership.
