Wake Forest’s MS in Management (MSM) program is designed specifically for recent liberal arts, sciences, and engineering graduates who want to excel personally and professionally in today’s marketplace. The innovative MSM program builds on the skills and knowledge gained in undergraduate studies, preparing students to make a difference from day one in a broad range of careers.
Schedule Ten months (three semesters – Summer, Fall, Spring) starting in July and graduating in May
Coursework The MSM program includes coursework in business concepts related to finance, marketing, accounting, communications, strategy, operations, business analytics, accounting, economics, organizational behavior, law, career management, information technology, and ethics.
Specialization Tracks The MSM program provides Specialization Tracks in Marketing (Brand Management and Consumer Behavior), Healthcare (Healthcare Management and Talent Management), and Strategic Resource Management (Advanced Finance and Talent Management) to further enhance students’ skillsets.
Graduate Consulting Projects MSM students gain valuable real-world experience through Graduate Consulting Projects (GCP), acting as consultants solving current day problems for partner businesses and clients. Students in Specialization Tracks are matched with GCP’s related to their area of specialization.
The MBA Advantage MSM graduates have a head start with the potential to complete their MBA degree in 12 months as part of the MBA Advantage. Graduates will receive credit for program courses that are substantially equivalent to Wake Forest MBA coursework when they return. Candidates must apply and be admitted to our MBA program within five years of graduating from the MS in Management program.
