Description: This course covers the basic concepts and techniques of project management. After completing the course, “students will be able to plan, schedule, budget, estimate, control, and monitor projects. In addition, they will become familiar with resource allocation, resource loading and the creation and use of GANTT and PERT charts.” The course will employ video lectures, discussion forums, peer-assessed assignments and group projects to help students apply basic PM principles.
