Understand and accept your personality, find your own unique approach for application process. Listen to advices, but do not replicate. What was the key factor that led you to choose this program for your full-time MBA and why was it so important to you? Leadership within Diversity. Emotional intelligence becomes essential for managing diverse teams in multinational companies.
