The cases cover a variety of industries and business challenges from different functions. The insights from our colleagues also contribute to my learning largely as they are real life practical experience. Aside from classmates and cases, what part of the school’s MBA programming led you to choose this business school and why was it so important to you? The alumni network and Career management. They are accessible are always willing to help. Their generous scholarship and fellowship opportunities accommodate personal passions and interests. What quality best describes your MBA classmates and why? Supportive. I have learned so much from our cohort, such as the voluntary teaching sessions from the CPAs, CFAs, and Quant gurus. In addition, we all support each other in learning, recruiting, and going through hardships and downtime due to isolation. Together, we care for the bigger community. Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far: I successfully implemented two digital ERP (enterprise resource planning) systems across North America, impacting 500+ business users. Describe your biggest accomplishment as an MBA student so far: It was running two student clubs as the vice president. What led you to pursue an MBA at this point in your career? I wanted to challenge myself in developing my leadership abilities and reform my skillset to adapt to the disruptions. What other MBA programs did you apply to?
