Ratio of Startup Award Money Available to MBAs (10%)

Many ventures get their start from business plan and startup competitions at universities. That’s why we ask schools to report the total amount of award money available to MBAs during the 2020-2021 academic year. In line with our methodology to use ratios and percentages, we then calculate that amount by the number of full-time MBA students. At Rice, there was a total of more than $5,590 of potential startup award money for each full-time MBA during the 2020-2021 academic year.
