Aside from your classmates, what was the key part of the MBA curriculum that led you to choose this business school and why was it so important to you? The mentoring program – I took the MBA program to bridge the transition from technology to fintech and this endeavor requires much effort. With the guidance of an experienced mentor, I am confident I will get through this transition effectively and successfully. CEIBS is known for “China Depth, Global Breadth.” What is the biggest appeal of earning an MBA in China? China keeps developing and its economy is booming rapidly. I would like to join the CEIBS MBA to enhance my soft skills and learn business knowledge. I hope to pivot into fintech and start my next career in China. What club, class, or tradition are you most looking forward to at CEIBS? The Finance Club is the one I am most looking forward to at CEIBS. Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far: In 2019, I led a cross-functional team and delivered a feature successfully with positive feedback. I was further sponsored by Apple in publishing this feature as intellectual property. What do you hope to do after earning your MBA and why will that be significant? I hope to pivot into fintech and integrate my technical skills with newly acquired business knowledge.
