We also asked 2023 graduates if their online MBA degrees directly led them to changing job functions.

Those using the degree to switch job functions climbed from 45.42% last year to 47% this year.
Graduates of the University of Texas at Dallas reported the highest rate of job function changes at 80%. University of Delaware (Lerner) came next with 75% of 2023 graduates reported changing job functions.

Of the 51 schools from which we collected data, 21 had at least 50% of their alumni report that they used the degree to change job functions.
