Emory Masters

High Job Placement Rates and Flexible Learning Options

The Goizueta Business School at Emory University boasts impressive career outcomes for its graduates, and the Master of Analytical Finance (MAF) program is no exception. This program, designed for individuals with little to no work experience, boasts a 97% job placement rate within six months of graduation for its inaugural class of 2023. Those grads saw strong starting salaries right out of school. Students with less than one year of experience received a median starting salary of $70,000, while those with one to three years of experience landed jobs with a median starting salary of $82,500.

The degree opened the doors to a vast array of career opportunities, including sales and trading, Investment management, corporate finance, and investment banking.

Companies hiring Goizueta MAF graduates include:

  • Bank of America
  • BlackRock
  • Capital One Financial
  • CITIC-Prudential
  • Deloitte Consulting
  • JPMorgan Chase
  • Kraft Heinz
  • Ulta Beauty

Flexible Learning Options:

Recognizing the need for flexibility, Goizueta has expanded its Global Classrooms initiative. This program allows students to attend classes in person, remotely, or in a hybrid format. The school is also exploring offering online options for more degree programs.

Leveraging AI for Learning:

Goizueta is at the forefront of using artificial intelligence (AI) in education. The school’s faculty is exploring how AI can personalize learning experiences for a wider range of students and deliver course content in the most engaging and effective way possible.

Bottom Line: Goizueta’s Master of Analytical Finance program offers a strong foundation for a successful career in finance, with high job placement rates, competitive salaries, and flexible learning options.
