Founded in 1994, the Career Services & Employer Alliance is a global association for individuals in the fields of graduate business career services and employers. There are more than 880 members representing a diverse group of more than 230 business schools and corporations. The decision to change the organization’s name and update the visual identity was driven by feedback from members and non-members about the growth of specialty/business masters populations on a global scale. In an effort to be fully inclusive of the current membership and allow for future growth, the “MBA” was removed. The organization continues to serve MBA programs, but is now clarifying through its external brand and messaging that the programs and services include all business masters programs, which includes MBAs. “Business Masters” was deliberately included in the new tagline to recognize the distinct populations that are served.
