The case method learning broadened my knowledge, sharpened my quick-thinking skills, and made me a pro at engaging in lively conversations and healthy debates. Plus, it’s taught me to appreciate different perspectives and given me a global outlook through international cases. Overall, it’s been a dynamic and enriching journey, making education fun, interactive, and incredibly practical! Aside from classmates and cases, what part of the school’s MBA programming led you to choose this business school and why was it so important to you? I chose this MBA program because its one-year duration is financially practical, the beautiful green campus is incredibly inspiring, and the supportive alumni network offers invaluable career guidance and opportunities. It’s the perfect blend of efficiency, beauty, and support! Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far: My biggest career accomplishment is achieving a 100%-win rate while leading bids and RFPs as a project manager, which ignited my competitive spirit when facing a win-lose situations Describe your biggest accomplishment as an MBA student so far: Balancing a rigorous academic schedule – while also training for a marathon, keeping up my morning fitness routine, and building lifelong friendships – has been my greatest accomplishment. If I can manage academic, health and social life, I feel like I can conquer anything the business world throws at me! What has been your most memorable experience as an Ivey MBA thus far? Attending the Get Connected Event and meeting industry leaders who are Ivey alumni was incredibly memorable. I even managed to get a one-on-one conversation with a sales engineer working at my dream workplace –Google – which was both surreal and inspiring. Where is your favorite hang-out in London (Ontario)? Why do you (or your classmates) gravitate there? Richmond Row is my favorite hang-out spot in London. It’s perfectly surrounded by beautiful parks, ideal for a jog or a bike ride. After a refreshing outdoor workout, there’s nothing better than heading to one of the local cafes for a coffee and brunch. What do you hope to do after graduation (at this point)? I am looking for a role in tech consulting and tech product management! With my excellent problem-solving skills, business acumen, and ability to communicate effectively, I’m optimistic about making a significant impact in the tech world!
