Being 5’5″, I often face opponents over 6 feet tall, which I find challenging yet rewarding. Undergraduate School and Major: Oakland University, Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing Most Recent Employer and Job Title: Henry Ford Hospital – Emergency Room Nurse In the second half of the year, you will be completing an Academy devoted to areas like Marketing, Finance, Operations, Digital Enterprises and more. Which Academy interests you the most and why? I am interested in joining Capital Markets Academy because I want to pursue mergers and acquisitions consulting because that would benefit me the most. Aside from your classmates, what was the key part of Indiana Kelley’s MBA programming that led you to choose this business school and why was it so important to you? I chose Kelley’s MBA program because of the tight-nit community, the faculty, the campus, and Indiana being close to home. Kelley will help me propel my future career. What course, club or activity excites you the most at Indiana Kelley? I am excited to join the Consulting Club and the Golf Club. The Consulting Club will help me prepare to be the best consultant and prepare me for interviews with the top firms. The Golf Club will help me become a better golfer and this will give me opportunities to meet with people who have similar professional goals. Golf is one of my passions and I enjoy just being out there on the course with friends. Looking at your recruitment, what was the moment when you realized Indiana Kelley was the right program for you? Why? When I met the faculty and the second-year students, I felt a sense of belonging and a tight nit community. When I went to Experience Weekend, I realized everyone there was ready to help. The faculty and the students all made sure everything was going well and that I felt they made their students a priority and made sure they were being taken care of. Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far: My biggest accomplishment was becoming a trauma nurse and helping people during their most vulnerable times. What is your unique quality that will enable you to make a big contribution to the Class of 2026? Why? One of my unique qualities that will enable me to make a significant contribution to the Class of 2026 is my dedication to helping others. I am always open to growth and eager to learn from my peers, which fosters a collaborative and supportive environment. I possess the qualities of a leader while also being a positive contributor, ensuring that I can effectively guide and motivate others while working within a team.
