Where are you currently working? Currently in between roles while I completed my MBA

What achievement are you most proud of in your professional career? Helping my family’s business expand and rebrand. I led our transition from a small local electronics store into a more efficient and profitable operation, including new vendor relationships and digital marketing efforts.

Why did you choose this school’s online MBA program? ASU’s reputation for innovation, global perspective, and flexibility aligned perfectly with my professional and personal growth goals, especially as I was working full time when I started the program.

What was your favorite part of being in an online MBA program? Collaborating with classmates from around the world while still being able to work and travel.

How did your online experience compare with your in-the-classroom experience as an undergraduate student? Online learning gave me more autonomy and pushed me to become more proactive and self-disciplined. Fortunately, I completed my Bachelor’s in Business Administration in person at W. P. Carey, so I was able to experience both learning formats and appreciate the unique value each one offers.

What is your best piece of advice to an applicant for thriving in an online MBA program? Treat it like a job, show up with consistency, curiosity, and a clear sense of purpose.

How has your online education helped you in your current job? It’s sharpened my strategic thinking and ability to lead cross-functional projects

Did you earn a promotion while in the program or immediately after graduation? I am transitioning into entrepreneurial work, exploring new ventures and expanding my leadership experience outside of traditional roles.

Why did you pursue an online MBA program instead of a full-time residential or executive MBA program? I needed the flexibility to work, care for my health, and pursue entrepreneurial opportunities while completing my education.

What is one way that your business school has integrated AI into your programming? What insights did you gain from using AI? Courses encouraged us to explore generative AI tools like ChatGPT for market research, strategy design, and workflow optimization, it taught me how to lead with innovation while managing risk.
